From May to September, the Spiaggetta restaurant offers dishes prepared with fresh local ingredients and the day's catch; a Mediterranean cuisine dedicated to wellness.
This summer, the gastronomic experience at Spiaggetta dei Balzi Rossi bears the signature of Chef Mauro Colagreco one of the most celebrated names in international gastronomy.
The gastronomic project is led by our Executive Chef, Alessandro Bini, who trained alongside Mauro Colagreco at Mirazur, where he spent several years rising to the positions of Sous Chef and second-in-command of the group.
